During this most recent round of working with him he's been excellent (not that he was ever not). The work is completed quickly and meets our requirements. He communicates frequently and clearly. He was happy to adopt our project management program, which makes tracking things much easier on our side but I'm sure is more work. He is happy to collaborate in design and gives great advice when our requirements could be better defined or more general to allow for flexibility later. Also, the framework he developed is phenomenal. It has opened up so many opportunities to develop workflows that carefully meet our users' needs while taking advantage of what the core application does well. I have nothing bad to say about him except that I've never met him.

Orders to Scheduling Rockstar. Even with an extremely busy schedule, Jonathan was able to step up and help our team get ready for an onsite event by working to resolve an orders to scheduling issue. This team has worked countless hours, used lots of creativity and brain power to bring critical content to our clients to meet urgent COVID-19 needs. Each took a leadership role and made sure their pieces of these packages were delivered as quickly as humanly possible.

Patient Acuity Scoring within 1 week. Our clients in NY (and other areas) really needed a nationally recognized scoring mechanism in order to help them with the COVID-19 pandemic. Within 1 week, we developed the solution internally and by the second week we were onto installing at our first client. Minor client specific changes were completed in record time and the client is already live with this solution in Production. Thanks for all your help!

Content Load. Team members! It was truly a well oiled operation that was executed to bring all of the content over to the production system. Each one of you played an important role. You went above and beyond the call of duty and showed the true meaning of client service. I am proud to be a part of your team, and grateful for the work you do day in and day out.

Oncology MLM Sleuth. Over the course of the last 4 months an oncology swat team formed to swiftly address challenges of a recently live client site and several clients whose implementations are in progress. On many occasions, in fire drill like responses, Jonathan has stepped in and unraveled code written by others and assisted us in moving forward solutions to oncology workflow issues that impact patient care. He is professional, careful and continues to wow us with his ability to dig in, diagnose, recommend and execute changes needed. Jonathan thank you for your efforts.
